AA Corporation uses European CNC fiber laser cutting machine which has high flexibility, high precision, compact design, and energy efficient.

AA Corporation uses Trumpf brand bending machines to shape metal components prior to assembly. These CNC bending machines are developed for high flexibility and low setup times, perfect for custom production.

PVD coating deposits thin films onto various workpiece surfaces to ensure highly durable finishes, rust free as well as highly consistent quality when mass-produced. This also includes anti-fingerprint technology to all required material surfaces.

We are capable of custom sand casting metal items and accessories for use in hospitality projects. Our foundry is used to manufacture decorative hardware such as handles and knobs, as well as producing custom furniture items.

AA Corporation uses robotic welding technology in the production of metal furniture. Welding robots are typically used in welding processes where the weld required is repetitive and quality and speed are crucial. Robotic welding is an automated process that increases efficiencies & consistencies throughout the fabrication process.
