To kick off 2026 with a long-term, structured people development strategy, AA Corporation held a leadership training session titled “AA Leadership Competency Framework – From Individual Capability to Organizational Strength” on January 8, 2026, at the AA Tay Ninh Factory. The program was delivered by MCG experts, AA’s strategic partner in the AAG Leadership Competency Framework Development and Assessment Project.
This initiative marks a key milestone in AA’s leadership and succession planning journey, supporting the enhancement of management capability, digital transformation, ESG alignment, and deeper integration into a broader development ecosystem.
The program reinforced the core message: “Every AA employee is a leader, regardless of position.” AA leadership capability is built on decisiveness, discipline, dedication, continuous learning, and the courage to turn challenges into opportunities. Accordingly, the AAG Leadership Competency Framework is designed based on modern management principles, focusing on self and work management, people leadership and vision building, adaptability, and continuous learning, with 4E–3C serving as the key foundation that transforms individual capability into organizational strength.
During the session, Ms. Tran Thi Lieu Vinh, Deputy Head of Human Resources at AA Corporation, shared that the implementation of the leadership competency framework and assessment program is a critical step in AA’s management development strategy, aimed at building a strong and sustainable leadership pipeline for the future.
The program also introduced the 360-degree leadership assessment on the iPeopleX platform, ensuring objectivity, transparency, and multi-dimenional feedback. The results will serve as a basis for succession planning and targeted leadership development programs.
Through the rollout of the AAG Leadership Competency Framework, AA Corporation reaffirms its strong commitment to investing in people as the foundation for realizing its global growth ambitions.
