Marking another step in the expansion of production capacity at AA Tay Ninh Architecture Construction Joint Stock Company in Hung Thuan Commune, Tay Ninh Province, while investing in infrastructure to enhance employee welfare and well-being.
TAY NINH, October 14, 2026 – AA Tay Ninh Architecture Construction Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for its 43.8-hectare Manufacturing Facility for the Furniture and Construction Industries in Hung Thuan Commune, Tay Ninh Province. The project marks the next phase of AA Corporation’s investment roadmap in the region, aimed at expanding production capacity, strengthening its ability to meet market demand, and laying the foundation for long-term growth.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Tay Ninh provincial leadership, government departments and agencies, local authorities, business partners and relevant stakeholders, alongside AA Corporation’s management team and employees.
CONTINUING AA CORPORATION’S INVESTMENT JOURNEY IN HUNG THUAN
AA Corporation began developing its 150-hectare site in Hung Thuan Commune in 2019, in line with the government-approved development plan. By 2024, the company reported that 95% of Phase 1, covering 50 hectares, had been completed, with more than 260,000 m² of factory space constructed and a workforce exceeding 2,000 employees.
The existing manufacturing complex comprises factories and workshops supporting various stages of furniture production, including woodworking, upholstery, panel processing, metalwork, glass, stone, resin, packaging, decorative lighting, and prototyping.
AA Corporation has invested in advanced machinery and production lines, including CNC equipment, metal laser cutting technology, waterjet cutting systems, and automated manufacturing solutions.
EXPANDING PRODUCTION CAPACITY AND EMPLOYEE FACILITIES
The 43.8-hectare project marks the next stage in AA Corporation’s manufacturing expansion in Hung Thuan Commune. According to the development plan announced at the ceremony, the project will include modular production facilities, an employee canteen, and a five-storey dormitory (Phase 1) with accommodation for approximately 750 people. These facilities are designed to support manufacturing operations while improving living conditions and accommodation for employees.
AA Corporation emphasizes that working conditions, occupational safety, and employee welfare remain key priorities alongside production growth. Its employee welfare policies cover salaries, social insurance, meals, hygiene and nutrition, as well as healthcare and other benefit programs. The company has also collaborated with Sun Group to offer employee wellness and holiday benefits at its resorts, along with medical examination and treatment programs at healthcare facilities within the Sun Group network.
ADVANCING GREEN MANUFACTURING AND LONG-TERM SUSTAINABILITY
As part of its long-term development strategy in Hung Thuan, AA Corporation aims to establish an integrated manufacturing ecosystem that prioritizes operational efficiency and environmental responsibility.
According to the company, the Phase 1 manufacturing facilities have been equipped with rooftop solar panels to harness renewable energy and help reduce carbon emissions. AA has also invested in wastewater treatment systems and air treatment solutions for its manufacturing operations, while continuing to pursue higher environmental standards as its facilities expand.
TOWARDS A 150-HECTARE MANUFACTURING COMPLEX AND STRONGER LOCAL PARTNERSHIPS
Under its long-term development plan, AA Corporation intends to continue expanding its operations across the newly launched 43.8-hectare site, followed by a subsequent phase covering the remaining 56 hectares, with the ultimate goal of developing the full 150-hectare manufacturing complex in Hung Thuan Commune.
The company plans to progressively complete and bring the new facilities into operation to support growing production requirements in the coming years.
Throughout the project development process, AA Corporation has received cooperation and support from the Tay Ninh provincial authorities, relevant government departments, and the local administration of Hung Thuan Commune in completing administrative procedures and implementing the project.
