ADVANCING TRADE DIALOGUE AND GLOBAL CONNECTIVITY FOR VIETNAM'S WOOD INDUSTRY

From May 4–10, 2026, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh joined the delegation of the Vietnam Timber and Forest Products Association (VIFOREST) during its working visit to the United States, aimed at strengthening trade dialogue and promoting bilateral cooperation for the Vietnamese wood and furniture industry. The visit took place amid ongoing shifts in the global market and increasing demands for transparent, sustainable, and adaptable supply chains within the export sector.

Throughout the program, the delegation held a series of meetings with U.S. organizations, associations, and trade partners to discuss market trends, trade policies, and long-term cooperation opportunities between businesses from both countries. Discussions focused on reinforcing the U.S. market’s confidence in Vietnam’s manufacturing capabilities, promoting transparent supply chain development, and enhancing the position of Vietnam’s wood industry within the global manufacturing network.

As Chairman of VIFOREST and Founder of AA Corporation, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh shared insights into the manufacturing capabilities, innovative spirit, and sustainable development direction of Vietnam’s interior and furniture industry. Beyond a trade promotion activity, the working trip also reaffirmed the image of a Vietnamese wood industry that is evolving strongly — transitioning from manufacturing outsourcing toward higher value creation through design, technology, and branding in the international market.

Over the years, AA Corporation has continuously accompanied international connection and trade activities of Vietnam’s wood industry, contributing to bringing Vietnamese craftsmanship and manufacturing expertise closer to global partners. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh’s participation in this delegation once again reflects a proactive spirit of international integration, open dialogue, and expanding cooperation opportunities for the Vietnamese business community in the new era.
