In 1997, AA Corporation undertook the role of main contractor for a comprehensive restoration, carrying out architectural, interior, and MEP upgrades with the utmost care and respect for the property’s original character.
The preservation process was guided by the philosophy of refreshing the space while faithfully retaining the hotel’s historic spirit. Every architectural detail, finishing material, and technical solution was carefully studied to preserve its classical charm and maintain the tranquil colonial atmosphere, while simultaneously meeting modern operational standards to provide contemporary guests with comfort and convenience.
To this day, Hôtel Du Parc Dalat continues to embody a sense of serenity and nostalgia, carrying forward the understated and timeless beauty that has long become a signature of Dalat.
