On October 18th, BIM Group and IHG Hotels & Resorts officially inaugurated the Holiday Inn & Suites Vientiane located in the heart of Chanthabouly district, Vientiane Capital (Laos). This marks BIM Group's second hotel in Laos and AA Corporation's second project in the country.
The project has a total investment of 90.75 million USD, with the first phase seeing the opening of the Crowne Plaza Vientiane hotel and office building in 2017. The second phase comprises the 10-story Holiday Inn & Suites hotel, providing 273 rooms, a 3000m2 conference center, a system of luxurious restaurants, a commercial and food complex, and office space for rent.
AA Corporation has supplied and installed all the furniture for guest rooms and public areas, as well as undertaken the interior fit-out contract for the hotel's public areas.
