The Vincom Landmark 81 has become the iconic landmark of Ho Chi Minh City skyline, it can be distinguised from above with extraordinary shape and height, and can be seen from almost every direction from the ground of Saigonâs busy streets. The Landmark 81 was inspired by the image of a bundle of bamboo, a symbole for strength, unity and prosperity. Owned and developed by VinGroup, Chairman Pham Nhat Vuong had a vision for a world famous building executed by Vietnamese companies, including Coteccon for the structure and AA Corporation for all interior works. The building is a complex with shopping mall, A-class offices, serviced apartments as well as the signature Vinpearl Luxury hotel. The hotel features 223 spacious rooms, every room has a full floor-to-ceiling glass window, ultra-luxury design, state-of-the-art technology and the most unique experience of seeing clouds right outside the windows. Far East Lounge on 48th floor is a upscale bar that offers a panoramic view of Saigon from 200 meter above ground. Guests can also enjoy higher views from Oriental Pearl restaurant on 66th floor or the Observation deck on the very top floor, 400 meter above ground. AA Corporation completed the contract to execute interior fit-out, millwork and loose furniture for all areas of this building including hotel, apartments and public areas.Â
