First held in 2014, Vietnam HR Awards offers series of seminars to bring the most useful and practical information, while creating a professional playground for the human resources and business community in Vietnam. The event attracts more than 400 business leaders, managers, HR experts and HR leaders.
2020 is a special year with Covid-19 affecting all business. Challenging times bring innovative solutions, pushing companies to switch to creative strategic working environment, changes were made in order to overcome the risks brought by the pandemic. This year, AA Corporation continues to sponsor for Vietnam HR Awards â 2020 Special edition with only one main topic âResponsive Human Capital Initiativeâ, hoping to inspire the business community by bringing up real cases and valuable lessons in responding to the pandemic. Mr Nguyen Quoc Khanh, chairman of AA Corporation shared âWellbeing of our staff is the most important focus at AA Corporation. From the beginning of Covid-19, we have immediately form Covid-19 Responsive and Safety Committee with the participation of companyâs leaders, head of departments. The committee issued clear action plans, provided correct information through internal communication network.â Mr Nguyen Quoc Khanh emphasized the importance of keeping calm, thinking clearly and most importantly encouraging staffs during the crisis.
The Vietnam HR Award gala celebrated 12 business and 10 leaders who had proven their practical, useful and professional bridging role in the human resources and business community. On behalf of AA Corporation, Mr Ooi Wee Tat â CEO was invited to give an award for Excellent in Human resouces, fast action in the pandemic.
